Terms of Service for radiance by LightAndRadiant

1. Welcome to Radiance

Thank you for choosing Radiance as your guide to inner peace. By downloading, accessing, or using the Radiance mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Not a Medical Device

Radiance is designed to support your mindfulness journey through guided meditations, breathing exercises, and sleep stories. However, we are not a healthcare provider. The content provided by Radiance is for informational and relaxation purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental or physical disease. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical conditions or mental health concerns.

3. Your Radiance Account

To access certain features, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Premium Access

Radiance offers both a free tier and a Premium subscription tier.

• Billing: If you choose to upgrade to Radiance Premium, your payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellations: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your device’s Account Settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Radiance—including audio tracks, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of Radiance and is protected by copyright laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

6. User Conduct

We want Radiance to remain a safe, peaceful space. By using the app, you agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, servers, or networks connected to the app.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Radiance at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that harms the app or our community.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service occasionally to reflect new features (such as the addition of video content) or changes in the law. We will notify you of any material changes within the app. Your continued use of Radiance after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
